Yes. I work with clients internationally, including in North America, the UK, and across Africa. All work is conducted remotely. Pricing is in South African Rand (ZAR), and international clients pay by card via Paystack invoicing.
A retainer is an ongoing monthly partnership with a defined set of services each month — ideal if you need consistent support and a consultant who knows your brand deeply. Retainers run on a minimum 3-month term. A project is a defined, once-off scope — a logo redesign, a blog post, a campaign. Great for specific needs without an ongoing commitment.
Absolutely. The services on this site are a guide, not a rigid menu. Many clients combine a retainer with additional once-off deliverables, or engage me hourly for specific tasks. I'm happy to build a scope that genuinely fits your needs.
Yes — within the TOMM offering. This includes social media graphics, posters, pamphlets, logo refreshes and redesigns, business cards, and digital brand assets. All visual work uses your existing brand guidelines, or can be developed as part of a branding engagement.
Yes. PR and communications is one of my core areas of expertise — including media relations, press release writing, stakeholder communications, and narrative management. PR services are available as part of a retainer or as a standalone project.
TOMM offers three models:
- Monthly retainers — R5,500 / R11,000 / R16,500 per month
- Once-off project pricing — fixed per deliverable (e.g. from R1,950 for a 500-word blog post)
- Hourly consulting — R935 per hour, billed to the time spent
All pricing is in South African Rand (ZAR).
Yes. For project-based work, a 30% deposit is required before work begins. For retainer clients, the first month's fee is due upon signing. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. See the Refund Policy for full details.
All invoices are due within 15 days of the invoice date. Retainer invoices are issued monthly in advance. Project invoices are issued on completion (or monthly for longer-term projects). Late payments may incur a 5% penalty per month.
South African clients: EFT bank transfer — banking details are provided on each invoice.
International clients: Card payment via Paystack invoicing.
All deliverables include 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at R935 per hour. To make the most of your revision rounds, please consolidate feedback into a single, clear written document.
Timelines depend on scope, complexity, and feedback turnaround. As a general guide:
- Blog posts and social content: 3–5 business days
- Logo refresh: 7–10 business days
- Full logo redesign: 2–3 weeks
- Brand strategy projects: 3–6 weeks
Specific timelines are confirmed in each proposal. Rush turnaround may be available at an additional fee.
Primarily via email and video call. Retainer clients have a scheduled monthly strategy call, with email as the priority channel in between. I aim to respond to all client communications within 1 business day.
All final deliverables become your property upon receipt of full payment. Until then, work-in-progress materials remain TOMM's intellectual property. I reserve the right to include completed work in my portfolio — with sensitive information redacted on request.
Yes. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. For retainer clients, a 3-month minimum term applies — early exit means the remaining balance is still payable. For project clients, you'll be invoiced for work completed to date. Deposits are non-refundable. See the Refund Policy and Terms of Service for full details.
